Legal basis of the processing

Your personal data will only be processed if you have given your consent or if necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party or for compliance with a legal obligation (article 6, paragraph 1 letters a, b, c).


We use your personal information in different ways, depending on the type of information. 

a) Name, Surname and contact details 
To respond to your requests for information using the contact forms present on the website.  To send you information about new offers and services by email (only with your authorisation).

b) Contact history
To provide support and assistance during your booking, so that when you contact us, you will receive the best possible assistance and our customer care can access all your previous requests.

c) Browser information
The information you provide us with when browsing our website, including device type and, if you choose to share this information, your location and how you use our website, helps us improve our website.

We anonymise and aggregate personal information (so that you cannot be identified) and use it for purposes such as research, data analysis, improvement of the website and app and development of new products and services. We also communicate this information to third parties.


To provide assistance or any information you have requested: We use the information you enter in our contact forms so that we can answer any questions you may have, send you informative materials or provide support.  

For promotional purposes: If you have given your authorisation, we will send you commercial communications by email, SMS or push notifications to inform you about our products.

For marketing and re-marketing purposes: We also use online advertising, to inform you about our services and help you see and find our products. Like other companies, we send you banners and advertisements from GoogleAds and Meta when you are on other websites and apps.  We do this by using various marketing networks and we use a range of advertising technologies, such as pixels and tags, cookies and mobile device identifiers, as well as specific services offered by certain sites and social networks, such as a personalised Meta audience. The banners and adverts that you will see will be based on the personal information we hold about you or on your past use of (for example, your search history and the content you have read) or on the banners and adverts on which you have clicked.

Automatic profiling processes

We collect information about you (anonymously) when you use our services, for example, we trace your behaviour and the content browsing flow through Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Meta ADS. This information includes the functions used; the links clicked on; the type, size and name of the attached files uploaded to the services; search terms. We do not use automatic profiling systems to determine your preferences and behaviour 


We do not sell your personal data to third parties (including your name, address where you live, email address, telephone number, etc.) However, we do have to communicate your data to the following companies to be able to provide you with our services pursuant to this policy.

a) Professional service providers, such as marketing agencies, advertising partners and website hosts that collaborate with us in our business
b) Credit rating agencies, the police force and fraud prevention bodies, to help combat fraudulent activity

We collect the information locally and store it within the European Union. We transfer, process and store the information outside our country of residence, wherever we or our third party service providers operate to provide the services. We take measures to protect this information each time we transfer it. 


We store your personal information for the period required to provide the services or (if you contact Customer Services) for the time required to produce exclusively the trend analyses and reports relating to the assistance. Moreover, if reasonably needed or required to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, solve disputes, prevent fraudulent behaviour and abuse or to apply our terms and conditions, we may store some of your personal information even after the said reasonable period has ended.


You shall have the following rights with regard to your personal information:

a) The right to be informed when your information is used
b) The right to access the personal information we hold about you
c) The right to request that inaccurate personal information we hold about you be corrected
d) The right to request that your data be erased or that we stop using or collecting it
e) The right to stop receiving direct commercial communications and to withdraw consent to data processing for other types of unnecessary activities.
f) The right to request that we transfer or send parts of your data to you or another service provider
g) The right to file a complaint with the Italian data protection supervisor

We will then update your profile to ensure that you no longer receive commercial communications. It could take a few days to update all the systems and you might continue receiving communications while we process your request.


In the event of substantial amendments to this policy, we shall undertake to draw your attention to them on our website or using other means of contact, such as email, so that you can examine the changes before carrying on using our site.
